Growing up in Aurora, we had surprisingly intertwined paths although not connecting until the help of Hinge during COVID in 2021!

Michaela played soccer with Craig’s sister Annie growing up and even taught alongside Craig’s mom later on. Meanwhile, when Craig was young he played baseball and hockey with Michaela’s brother Jamie, even having Michaela's dad Mark as a baseball coach.

Despite all these connections, it took a global pandemic and a Hinge match to finally bring us together.

Our first date was a walk on May 11, 2021 on the Tom Taylor Trail in Newmarket.

We started dating on June 12, 2021, and took our first trip to California shortly after in July 2021.

We moved into our home on Metcalfe Street on May 4, 2022, and later got engaged on August 23, 2023.

Most recently, we bought our home on Valhalla Court and moved in on May 29, 2024.

We can’t wait to celebrate our wedding day with you on July 11, 2025!
